Department of Labor Issues New Guidance on Benefits Afforded Under FFCRA

On Monday, August 3, 2020, the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division announced guidance on for certain employers with federal contracts regarding paid sick leave or expanded family medical leave under the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA).
