  • Defending a publicaly traded nationwide retailer against claims asserted by former employees in federal litigation for false arrest, malicious prosecution, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violation of 28 U. S. C. 1983;
  • Defending employers from discrimination claims in state and federal courts. See e.g., Alfano v. Bridgeport Airport Services, Inc., et al.
  • Representing employers in administrative proceedings commenced by state and federal agencies including EEOC, OSHA, and CHRO;
  • Counseling employers and implementing procedures relating to compliance with Pilot Records Improvement Act (“PRIA”)and Drug & Alcohol Testing Regulations;
  • Drafting, negotiating, and successfully litigating severance agreements, pilot training agreements, employment contracts, and confidentiality/non-compete agreements;
  • Assisting employers conducting investigations into employee complaints and implementing policies to reduce exposure to future claims.
